We are a boutique real estate group with development, construction management, and realty services. Delvel Homes is committed to a culture of honesty and transparency for employees, clients, investors, and the communities it serves. Our goal is to provide a high rate of return to our investors using proactive market analysis to find investment opportunities in the residential market in Texas. CRISTOBAL DEL RIO
Civil Engineer, Founder and CEO
Cristobal is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and has more than 25 years of construction experience, he has comprehensive knowledge of all phases of acquisition, development and construction processes with a focus on using technological tools that help to have operational and process efficiency, generating and managing additional revenue, consistently providing on-time, on-budget results.
In addition to his experience in the residential real estate industry, Cristobal has also managed and developed a construction company in Mexico, founded and developed a construction materials supply company also in Mexico and cofounded a commercial real estate fund with active projects in Texas.
Cristobal is committed to client success and his experience in the American and Mexican real estate markets gives him a unique set of qualifications that help the company to define investment goals and determine how to uniquely diversify the portfolio of each client.
